Dana Baker, LCPC

She/Her

As someone who has been through therapy, I have stumbled and been through the awkward, the difficult, and the messy with different therapists throughout my life. I understand firsthand that it can be difficult to be vulnerable, and I am here to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space to embrace and welcome all my clients, meet them where they are in their mental health goal journey, and assist in becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable.

I consider the importance of all aspects of one’s identity and how that plays a role in the therapeutic relationship. I also implement the Health at Every Size principle in my therapy- meaning I honor bodies of all shapes and sizes who struggle with body image and/or disordered eating. Additionally, I believe the “deeper level work” typically involves identifying and processing systemic social justice aspects of our relationships with food and our bodies.

I am here to help equip you with the tools to overcome the most difficult mental barriers and empower you to make positive changes in your life. Whatever you may be dealing with, let’s explore it together and get the support and help you deserve.
