He/Him
Have you continually been told, “You are not living up to your full potential?” Do you struggle to navigate a negative narrative that plays in your head? Do you feel like maintaining personal relationships is a continual uphill climb? Do you feel exhausted or paralyzed from trying to navigate your daily life?
If you answered yes to all or even some of these questions, then chances are you could benefit from therapy. As someone who received an adult diagnosis of ADHD, I can empathize and understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate these sometimes invisible symptoms. Not to sound like a cliche GI Joe, but “knowing is half the battle.” In sessions, I always aim to create a space where you can navigate your thoughts and experiences to gain insight into how they impact you and how we can create a new narrative moving forward.
In sessions, I utilize my eclectic professional and academic background to help individuals identify what they are experiencing and create alternative solutions for moving forward.
