Nikki Lee, Intern
She/Her
We all face our own struggles and unique life experiences that shape who we are, sometimes leaving us feeling alone or misunderstood.
Life is challenging, and healing is not easy. Breaking patterns that no longer serve you—especially those that may have originated in childhood—can be difficult and time-consuming. Because of this, I am dedicated to providing a warm, patient, and empathetic approach, meeting you exactly where you are. I strive to create a comfortable environment where growth and healing can begin.
You might be experiencing hopelessness and fear that things won’t improve. Perhaps you’ve tried therapy before and felt it wasn’t helpful, which may make you hesitant to let your guard down, be vulnerable again, and try therapy once more. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or other life stressors, I am committed to ensuring you feel heard, supported, and encouraged throughout the process.
No matter what you are facing, I want you to know you are not alone. I am glad you are here, and I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey.
