She/Her
Making the choice to ask for help can feel scary, and confronting painful life experiences can be even more intimidating. I understand that initially, therapy can feel awkward, and the idea of sharing personal details with a stranger can feel uncomfortable. Building a trusting relationship with my clients is my top priority. Therapy can feel like talking to a trusted friend, family member, or supportive companion. This is the relationship that I strive to develop with my clients.
My goal is to provide my clients with a safe and empowering space as they explore their life history, identify how experiences are serving or hindering their current goals, and develop strengths and skills that enhance their overall wellness.
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and work collaboratively with my clients to identify goals and skills they feel confident about implementing in their daily lives.
